   Use of Social Media in the Workplace.

  • The use of social media in the workplace encourages the interaction between employees and employers making their communication a lot more effective since this is fast and safe. The employees can also be updated about important information related to the company at all times through internet blogs and facebook pages. 
  • The social network allows employees to express their ideas and future plans so they can develop them more easily inside the company. 
  • Today, every company uses the social media such as Facebook, instagram or Google+ as important tools for the marketing area because with them you can reach people around the world giving the company the chance to let users know about the products and services they offer, which I consider is a key factor in the business world.
